Valiant Marketing Group
Flourishes With Teamwork
I moved to California shortly after graduating from Michigan State University with a degree in Marketing and a degree in Psychology. Let’s be honest, these are two very broad degrees and I didn’t have a solid plan for what I wanted to do with them. What I did have was a vision of myself embarking on a journey where I could create my own path to a successful future. I landed myself in position where my success was tied directly to the work I put in and my ability to coach and train others. This was perfect for me because I knew I had a rock solid work ethic and I was looking for a chance to add value to other people. I knew I wanted to feel like an asset and not a number, but feeling like an asset by making other people feel valued was more than I could have asked for. Through a lot of personal and professional development of my own, I now help other people think bigger, understand business, know the value of work ethic, and step into leadership positions. Valiant Marketing Group is growing rapidly and we are so excited to find motivated individuals that are ready to dive into their professional careers and be a part of the growth we are facing.
I was born and raised in Orange County, CA. I am a middle child out of six siblings and I have two wonderful parents that immigrated to the US to create a better life for my siblings and I. At the age of eight is when I began to grow a passion for soccer, which ultimately shaped me into the driven person that I am today. Growing up I played for multiple soccer teams and coaches, both recreational and for school. I attended Westminster High School where I was part of the varsity soccer team for four years. It was at this time in my life where I really started to envision a bright future for myself. After high school I made the choice of attending Goldenwest College to work on my Associates Degree and also because I was given the opportunity to play for the college soccer team. I successfully completed my two years of soccer at GWC. I then graduated and transferred to Hope International University, where I was given a scholarship to play for the HIU Men’s Soccer team. Here I finished off my last two years of eligibility for soccer and also graduated with my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a concentration in Sports Management. Two weeks after graduating , I was given the honor of working for Valiant Marketing Group where I plan to excel and become a reliable asset to the team.
I was born and raised in South Florida and come from a family of two very diverse cultures. This is probably one of the reasons I am fascinated with different cultures and communication methods. After graduating with my Bachelor’s Degree from Florida Atlantic University, I worked for a non-profit and then within the Latin music industry. While I loved growing up there, I knew that there were more opportunities and great people to meet in California. I love to troubleshoot and handle all types of logistics on a daily basis. I am also an avid reader, eater, and adventure seeker. I take pride in my work-ethic, preparedness, and will always be there if someone needs me. I am grateful for Valiant Marketing Group for being a medium of professional growth for individuals like myself who love learning, feeling appreciated, and having a sense of accomplishment at the end of each day.
Born in Washington DC, I was uprooted early by being in a military family and was able to live all over the country (and South Korea) before I was in high school and settled in southern Virginia at the College of William and Mary. I there earned my BA in English and decided to pursue career in the arts. I worked at the Chrysler Museum of Art in Norfolk, VA as a gallery host, a position that had me constantly engaging with guests about the art but there wasn’t enough upward mobility available at the museum. I decided to move to Southern California and get my MA in Arts Management at Claremont Graduate University’s Drucker School of Management. After graduating I knew I did not want to take another low level position at an arts institution. I wanted to take on a bigger role. That drive is what led me to Valiant Marketing Group. The opportunities for personal growth and developing others at the company are constant and exciting. The skills garnered here will help me succeed in any endeavor I choose to take on.
I was born in Southern California and have lived in Huntington Beach since high school. I recently graduated from California State University Long Beach with a double major in Marketing and in Management. Leading up to graduation, I had been working in management for a rather large corporate restaurant; and while it was great experience, I knew it was not what I wanted to do post college. What I really wanted was a job that correlated more with my education. I wanted to work with a company that was a combination of both marketing and management; preferably a marketing company that allowed me to fulfill a leadership role. Something that not only helped me grow, but allowed me to help others do the same. My answer? Valiant Marketing Group. Valiant has given me the opportunities to learn and grow within my field; while also providing me with the training and tools needed to lead and develop others. The culture at Valiant is both challenging and supportive, in all the best ways. It allows someone to be in control of their own growth, and to me that is very rewarding.
I grew up in Huntington Beach and feel lucky to have such a wonderful company at my doorstep. After I obtained a Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from California State University of Fullerton, I soon entered the corporate world to gain work experience. After several years of the 9 to 5 grind at several different companies, discovering Valiant was like a breath of fresh air. Here I am encouraged to grow and be myself. The company promotes ambition and personal/professional growth in a nurturing environment. I know why I am here and where I am going. There are new challenges and something new to learn every day. Among the many things I learned at Valiant, one of the most important is to take control. I have been looking for an opportunity to take control of my own future and Valiant is the place. I know this company will help me reach my long term career goals.
I was born and raised in Prescott, a small town in northern Arizona. Growing up I was a high level, competitive gymnast for 17 years and eventually earned a college scholarship to the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut. Although I loved gymnastics with all my heart, I was not happy in Connecticut nor feeling like I was obtaining the education that I wanted. I chose to move back to Arizona and transfer later that year to FIDM, the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles. It had always been a dream of mine to move to LA, but being from a small town not many people supported my decision, but that just pushed me harder to make it happen. I graduated two years later with my degree in Merchandise Marketing. While going to school I worked full time as a gymnastics coach to keep the sport in my life. One of my biggest passions is to help others who have goals and dreams, work extremely hard day in and day out to reach those goals. I found Valiant Marketing Group and realized I could have the best of both worlds where I still was able to do something in the marketing world while helping others grow at the same time. I never want anyone to feel like they are unable to do something because of where they are from, what their background is, or because people doubt them, and being apart of Valiant allows me to empower and encourage people to achieve their ultimate goals while at the same time reach my own. While it was a roller coaster ride moving to Los Angeles sitting here 3 years later, I know where I’ve always belonged and who I truly am which is someone who empowers others to do whatever they set their mind and hearts to. I currently live in Laguna Beach and anytime I’m not at work you’ll find me at the beach, salty and drinking a chai.
I was born and raised between Orange County and Los Angeles County in a collection of beach cities known as the South Bay. During high school, I did speech and debate as well as cheerleading, which made me realized I loved two things: talking a lot and making people smile by just being peppy on my own. I entered UC Irvine as a biology major with dreams of becoming a surgeon, but after some self-reflection I realized that the medical field just was not for me. I realized that what I really wanted to do was work with people more directly. After graduating UCI with a BA in Psychology and Social Behavior with a minor in Queer Studies, I knew that I wanted to give back to the LGBT community in some way. I decided to enter the marketing field to utilize my skill set and learn some new ones as well. Finding Valiant Marketing Group was totally random and lucky! Everyone here has been nothing but supportive and the biggest natural cheerleaders that have encouraged me to learn and grow. I can’t wait to see what my future with this company has to offer!
I was born and raised in Paris, France. After having graduated from European Business School with a MBA and specialization in entrepreneurship, as I’ve always wanted to create my company, I’ve obtained a postgraduate diploma in Sports management from University of California Riverside. I am an adventurous person passionate for extreme sports and challenges so stepping out of my comfort zone isn’t foreign for me. I have had the chance to travel a lot, which has allowed me to expand my horizons and learn from other cultures. I understand that learning from others, sharing knowledge, or even discovering new ways of seeing things is priceless. Working at Valiant Marketing Group gives me the amazing opportunity to do so every single day. In addition, it allows me to set myself up for success in order to accomplish the ambitious project I have in mind and lead others towards success. Evolving in that business taught me more than I could have ever imagined.
